F.A.Q.Frequently Asked Questions

Custom and bespoke jewelry is my specialty. More than half of my work is commissioned by end clients and collectors. I am also a part of an extensive network of gemstone cutters and suppliers and can supply almost every gemstone that you can think of in any size, cut, color and clarity

You can contact me with any ideas or questions about starting a custom order.

Most of my pieces are made to order.

It normally takes from 1 to 3 weeks for a piece to be finished. Production time depends on the amount of stones on stock, in case of a custom design the production time is a bit longer.

Delivery is 2-3 business days. For East Coast it may be next day. EU deliveries are also next-day. Australia – 3-6 days

All my engagement rings can be paired with a companion/shadow/nesting band. Please message me your inquiries.

Absolutely not.

Items are shipped from my metalworks studio to my representation office in New York and then to you. The price you see in your cart will be the total amount that you will pay for the jewel.

Customers in the EU will not pay any VAT or other duties as the item will be shipped from inside the Union

Each item comes in a Trencheff gift jewellery box, a high quality presentation box and a perfect box to keep your jewellery when you’re not wearing it.

If you would like me to include a gift note in the parcel, please leave me a message with your order about the content of the note.

The difference is not visible. It refers to the percentage of pure gold: in 14K the concentration of pure gold is 58,5%, while in 18K it is 75%. That’s why 18K, which has a higher percentage of pure gold, is basically more expensive than 14K gold. When making your decision, you should also take into account that pure gold is relatively soft, so in a 14K gold piece, the metal is considered slightly stronger and is better for a jewel worn every day. 18K is more suitable for evening pieces, earrings, necklaces, big statement rings or collector’s rings.
